By using MAXhosting's services or products (maxhosting.com.mx), you expressly agree to each and every one of the following clauses:
1- Hosting is shared and runs on a Linux system.
2- Dedicated IPs on each server will be used for all accounts on that server.
3- The 30-day guarantee applies only to the cost of the chosen plan. To apply for a refund, you must submit a ticket from the administration account indicating your request, within 30 calendar days of the contract date. Once the refund request has been processed, the canceled plan and all its content will be inaccessible, but domains registered to the account can still be managed through the control panel.
4- The use of the service for any illegal activity is prohibited.
5. Any malicious use is prohibited, including but not limited to: hacking, cracking, phishing, malware, botnets, port scanning, and unauthorized access to data or systems.
6. The privacy and security of third parties must not be violated.
7. The intellectual property rights of third parties must not be violated.
8. Operating VPN, proxy, or any other anonymizing services is prohibited.
9. Operating content related to IRC, cryptocurrency mining, third-party streaming, game servers, or top sites is prohibited.
10. Promoting, storing, or distributing illegal software is prohibited.
11. The service space must not be used as external storage, such as cloud storage.
12. If a site is associated with any regulated activity, proof or a permit authorizing the promotion of said activity may be requested. Failure to provide such proof or permit may result in immediate service termination.
13- Mass emailing, spam, and any use that harms the reputation of IP addresses are prohibited.
14- Each domain must not send more than 100 emails per hour, and each account must not send more than 20 per hour.
15- Unsolicited or unexpected emails, whether in batches or individually, must not be sent; nor should false or illegal information be sent, either in headers or in the message itself; nor should unauthorized third-party data, including email addresses, be exposed.
16- The use of resources assigned to the account must not be continuously or for extended periods of time, depending on the function of each resource. Any risk to the overall integrity of the server or the service stability may result in restriction or cancellation.
17- The contracting party must be of legal age in their country.
18- The account holder, and their designees or successors, are fully responsible for all use and content of the contracted service. Therefore, any consequences arising from the account's operation must be fully assumed by the account holder or their representatives, releasing MAXhosting and its representatives from any liability and requiring them to repair and compensate for any damages, if necessary.
19- If the contracted plan is upgraded, only the difference between the new plan's cost and the amount already paid will be charged, for the remaining time of the originally contracted plan.
20- Cancellations or requests to change to a lower plan will not generate a refund for unused portions.
21- Cancellations due to breach of the terms and conditions will not generate a refund.
22- The contracted services will be activated once payment has been fully credited. If there are delays between banks or payment platforms, you must wait until the payment has been credited. If you do not use an automated payment platform, you must submit a support ticket with the payment details or an image of the receipt and wait for review.
23- Payment platform fees are separate from MAXhosting's service fees, vary from platform to platform, and are non-refundable.
24- These terms and conditions may be updated without prior notice, and it is the account holder's responsibility to stay informed of the current terms.
